Ordering & Payments

Q: How do I apply a discount code?

Discount codes can be entered during checkout before your order is completed.

After selecting the product you would like to purchase, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You may continue through the card checkout option even if you plan to complete your payment with PayPal.

On mobile devices, tap “Show order summary” to reveal the discount code box. On desktop, the discount code field is usually shown on the right side of the checkout page. Enter your code, click apply, and then continue with your chosen payment method.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Cavenagebafg accepts several secure payment options, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, most major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Standard international shipping is generally USD $5.99. Shipping fees may vary depending on your delivery address, order details, or current promotional offers. Any applicable shipping cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Cavenagebafg offers worldwide shipping. To process orders efficiently, we may ship from different warehouses or fulfillment locations depending on inventory availability and the destination country.

Q: When will my order arrive?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days. Actual delivery times may differ based on your location, customs procedures, carrier delays, local holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Q: How can I track my order?

After your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You may track your order through the carrier’s official tracking page or through third-party tracking websites such as 17track.net.

Q: Why has my tracking information not updated?

Tracking details may take some time to appear after shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update. Tracking may also temporarily stop updating while the parcel is in transit between countries, facilities, or delivery partners.

Q: Why did I receive more than one package?

Some orders may be delivered in separate shipments, especially when products are stored in different warehouses. This allows us to ship available items sooner. When separate parcels are used, each package may have its own tracking number.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Q: Can I update my shipping address, recipient name, or phone number?

Please email us as soon as possible at support@cavenagebafg.com with the subject line:

Urgent: Address Change

To help us process your request, please include:

The complete updated shipping address, recipient name, and phone number

We will do our best to make the change before the order is sent for fulfillment. However, once an order has shipped, we may no longer be able to modify the delivery information.

Q: Can I change the size, color, quantity, or item in my order?

Order modifications may be possible only if your request is received before fulfillment begins. Please contact us at support@cavenagebafg.com with the subject line:

Urgent: Order Change

In your email, please include your Order Number, Order Email, and a clear description of the change you would like to make. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has already shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. A small processing fee may apply to canceled orders. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Post-Delivery Support

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We are sorry if your item or package arrived damaged. Please contact our support team at support@cavenagebafg.com and include the following details:

Clear photos or a video showing the damaged product

A photo of the shipping label on the package

After receiving the required information, our team will review the case and assist you with the next steps.

Q: What if my product has a defect or quality issue?

If you believe your item has a quality problem, please email us at support@cavenagebafg.com. Include your Order Number, Order Email, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the concern. Our team will review the information and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Q: What should I do if I received the wrong item or part of my order is missing?

Please contact us at support@cavenagebafg.com and provide:

Photos or videos of the product you received

A description of the incorrect or missing item

Our customer support team will check your order details and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Account & Communication

Q: I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, contact us at support@cavenagebafg.com using the email address placed with the order, and we will help resend the order confirmation when possible.

Q: I have not received my tracking number. What should I do?

Tracking information is usually sent within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed. If you have not received it after this period, please check your spam or junk folder. You may also contact us with your Order Number and Order Email so our team can assist you.
