Order Processing

After an order is successfully placed, our team will begin preparing it for dispatch. Most orders take up to 3 business days to complete verification, quality checks, packaging, and handover to our shipping carriers or fulfillment partners.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will usually begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Time and Shipping Fee

Cavenagebafg provides standard international shipping to most supported countries and regions.

Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days after shipment

Standard shipping cost: USD $5.99 per order

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, local postal services, carrier schedules, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You may track your shipment through a tracking platform such as:

Tracking details may not appear immediately after the tracking number is generated. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier system to activate or update the tracking information.

Separate Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, different colors, sizes, or styles, your products may be shipped in separate parcels. This may happen when items are stored in different warehouses or fulfilled by different shipping partners.

Separate shipments allow us to send available items faster. If your order is divided into more than one package, each shipment may receive its own tracking number.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or change order details such as size, color, style, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible.

Change requests should be submitted within 12 hours after the order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to update your order before processing or fulfillment begins. However, once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Details

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. This includes the recipient name, phone number, street address, apartment or unit number, city, postal code, and country.

Cavenagebafg is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery carrier attempts to deliver your package and no one is available to receive it, the carrier may leave a notice, hold the package at a local delivery office, or require you to arrange pickup or redelivery.

Please contact your local carrier directly using your tracking number for further delivery instructions.

Cavenagebafg is not responsible for delays, returns, or unsuccessful deliveries caused by missed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package within the carrier’s required timeframe.

Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to international transit, customs inspection, carrier backlog, public holidays, extreme weather, local delivery disruptions, or other unexpected events.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@cavenagebafg.com with your Order Number and Order Email. Our support team will help review the shipment status when possible.

Lost Packages

If a shipping carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost in transit, we will review the case and may arrange a replacement shipment where applicable.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost in transit. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check your mailbox, front desk, building management, neighbors, family members, delivery area, or local carrier office.

Stolen Packages

Cavenagebafg is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are later misplaced, stolen, or lost after delivery.

We recommend choosing a secure shipping address where your package can be received safely.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to many countries and regions worldwide. Depending on product availability, warehouse location, and delivery efficiency, orders may be shipped from fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, or directly from trusted manufacturing or logistics partners.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or local customs authority.

These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. Cavenagebafg is not responsible for customs-related delays or any additional fees charged by customs or local authorities.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once the carrier confirms successful delivery, Cavenagebafg is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery.
